Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) Maintenance May 21, 2022

The USPTO announced that the TEAS and TEASi systems will be unavailable May 21 from 8 AM to 4 PM eastern time while it performs updates to prepare for issuing electronic trademark registration certificates, to enhance the ability to update multiple files at once using the Change of Address or Representation (CAR) form, and to increase the amount of time signatories have to sign TEAS forms when using the email text to second party for signature method from 14-60 days.

To avoid losing work, submit completed and saved TEAS and TEASi forms, including e-signature forms, by 7:59 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 21.  You will not be able to access previously saved forms or e-signature forms after the system maintenance.
