The 2010 Blair Atholl Patrol Jamborette
is coming up - will you be there?

The 32nd Scottish International Patrol Jamborette will be held from July 20 through July 30, 2010, at Blair Castle, Blair Atholl, Perthshire, Scotland. The camp will be open to Scouts (and Venturers) who are at least 13 years old, but not yet 18, by July 17, 2010. Details for the camp have been announced on the Official Blair Atholl website. 

We have received our booking for two patrols at Blair Atholl in 2010. As of November 22, 2009, we have only three spots left to fill our two patrols of six Scouts each - so if you're interested, don't delay in getting your application in! 

We've begun our monthly contingent meetings, and we've posted our plans for our week's touring.

Group meetings will start in October, and will continue each month (except December) through June 2010.  

Note to Scouts and Leaders outside the Baden-Powell Council: As of November 15, the Scottish Council announced that they had reached their total numbers for Blair Atholl 2010.  If you're outside the Baden-Powell Council BSA, and you're interested in starting a 2010 Blair Atholl contingent from your council, you'll need to get your application in soon to get on the waiting list for 2010. It's not unusual for one group or another not to be able to fill the number of patrols they requested, and for slots to open up in late December after the first payments are due.
