In addition to merit badges, Camp Barton offers the following awards and recognitions.
Some are National BSA badges, some are local.

The Barton 'B' is our traditional camp patch. Scouts earn the 'B' through a combination of achievement, service and Scout Spirit. Segments are awarded for each year after the first, color guard, athletics, and additional camp service. |

Iron Man: This award is given to a Scout who swims a mile, canoes two miles and runs three miles (around camp) - all in one day! |
