Like many regimental veterans' associations, the 76th New York's
association issued pins and ribbons as souvenirs of their annual reunions. These
ribbons were preserved in the families of the veterans, and are relatively
common Civil War collectibles to this day. In December, 2001, eBay prices for
regimental reunion ribbons varied from $20 to several hundred dollars, depending
on the fame of the unit, age and condition. GAR ribbons are somewhat less
expensive, being more common.
